The first step when you join WISDOME™ is to create access levels or what we also call membership levels. These are the different access groups to whom you will be giving access to your content.

Here are some suggestions for access levels so you can utilise the system to your advantage.

  • FREE - This would be an obvious option for members who you may invite to take a sneak peek into your wisdom business. 
  • Your own paid membership levels - Our system currently offers STIRPE integration. Once this is set up, your paid memberships will automatically take payments accordingly. 
  • ADMIN - Now this level is a must if you plan on creating content bit by bit. It will allow you to revisit the content pages you are creating. Once you are ready to release or schedule that content for your audience, you simply have to change the access level accordingly.
  • If you have support staff that will access the platform, they will need to access it via your credentials. We will be implementing TEAMS in the future, so watch this space!

1. Click 'Memberships' from your sidebar menu and select the 'Add New Plan' button at the upper right corner of your screen.

2. ADD your Membership Plan Details:

  • Name: This is the name you will give your membership/access level
  • Short description: 
  • Thumbnail: You don't need to add this; however, it is good for members to have a visual, too.
  • Type: Select 'Public' if this access level is for everyone who registers to your hub and 'Private' if its for specific individuals.
  • Free or paid level - For the Paid access level - please integrate STRIPE via settings

CLICK "Save & Next."

 3. Setting Up Paid Pricing

Here, you are adding in the price you wish to charge for your membership level. 

  • Monthly
  • Yearly
NOTE: Prices are set at AUD and are inclusive of any taxes. Currently, our payment integrations charge your members the whole amount. If you charge GST, this will be part of the total price, as you state in your membership options. We will be introducing further pricing options later in our updates in 2024. 

4 Email NOTE set up

Customise with a personal note to members as they join your membership.

You can add a personal message that will be attached to the Membership Success email that is generated in our system. This message is added once you have created the FREE or PAID step in the Membership setup.

5. Click 'Save'  to record the changes you've made.

Note:

You'll see the confirmation message "Membership Added Successfully" once the new membership access level is saved.

TO EDIT  

  •  Click the three-dot (⫶) menu next to the access level you wish to update. 
  • Choose "Edit" from the options and update the details of your membership level. 

  • Click 'Save & Next.

  • Add your success message and click 'Update'.
