How to Verify Your Member’s Access Level

Steps:

1. Navigate to the ‘Members’ tab:
Access the ‘Members’ section from the dashboard menu.

2. Verify Membership Level:
Under the ‘Membership’ tab, confirm that the member is assigned to the correct access level. If not, kindly inform your member to upgrade their account. You may provide them with our step-by-step guide on: How to Upgrade Your Account.
