This is a summary article where you can find all details that are related to integrating payments into your Membership.

PROCESS

Once you have integrated your Payment Option and Created your membership levels, you can begin working with your members and view transactions. Our system whilst still new has introduced this option recently and we hope to build on this further in the future. For now, please see below how you can view transactions. 

1. Memberships Area

Inside Membership area you can create memberships and also view the transactions of your members. 

This area allows you to view:

  • Transaction ID (this ID comes from the transaction inside your STRIPE account)
  • Customer email (this is how you can filter your search)
  • Date / Time
  • Amount (This is the amount you charge in your membership including any taxes that you may collect)
  • Method (Currently Credit Card is the option)
  • Status (This will show you if your member payment has succeeded)
  • View Receipt (This will direct you to the receipt from inside your Stripe account)
