Wisdome FAQ

Here’s Our Answers to Commonly Asked Questions About Our Services

Can I sell courses to non-members?

Yes, you can sell courses to non-members. These students will only have access to the specific course they purchase. Additionally, you can upsell them by inviting them to upgrade to a membership plan.

Are course students considered members?

No, students enrolled in your course are not considered members. They will only have access to the course content they’ve purchased.

What course management options are available?

You can ‘pause’ a course to stop new enrollments while allowing existing students to maintain access. This is useful for preserving lifetime access for past students while preparing a renewed or updated version of the course for new students. Alternatively, you can update the original course anytime as needed.

What defines a ‘member’ in Wisdome?

Members are individuals included in an access level (e.g., a membership plan). Course students are not considered members and do not count toward the membership allowance in your plan.

How does the transfer process work for students?

Let us know when you’re ready to transfer students to the system. Transferring a large group can be a significant task, so we will work with you to ensure a smooth and seamless migration for you and your students.

What if I need higher allowances for my plan?

If you require more than 100 members, additional data, or other features, you can explore our add-on options from our Lifetime Plan. Note: We’ll update these pricing details once our Lifetime plan offer expires on 31 December 2024.
