How to Set Up Your Welcome Message

Extend a warm, personalised welcome message to your members with the following features: 

• Change font size

• Select font format

• Add images, video and audio files

• View backend code

• Select full-screen mode 

• Print

• Change line height

• Embed links

• Preview your work

Procedure:

 

Step 1: Access the Member Communications Settings

Navigate to the Settings menu and select the My Member Communications option from the list. 

Step 2: Open the Welcome Page Editor

In the My Member Communications section, locate and click on the Welcome Page tab.

Step 3: Enter Your Welcome Message

In the provided text field, type your welcome message.

Step 4: Enhance Your Message by Uploading a Video or an Image (Optional)

To add a video:

• Click on the video icon.

• Paste your video URL. 

To add an image:

• Click on the image icon.

• Upload an image file from your device.

Step 5: Save Your Message

After entering your message and adding any media, click the Save button. You'll see a confirmation message once your welcome message is saved.
