Troubleshooting Steps: Member Unable to Access Social Wall

Steps:

1. Check Access Levels

Confirm that the member’s account is assigned to the correct access level. For instructions, refer to our guide: How to Check Your Member’s Access Level: How to Check Your Member’s Access Level.

2. Upgrade Membership if Needed:

If the member’s account does not have the required access level, kindly request that they upgrade their membership. You may provide them with the following link for guidance: How to Make a Payment and Upgrade Your Account   

3. Adjust Social Wall Settings (if the member is registered):
Follow these steps to configure access to the Social Wall:

  • Click on ‘Social Wall’ from the dashboard menu.

  • Scroll down to the ‘Members Access Level’ section. Ensure that the appropriate access level is activated to allow the member access.

  • To grant access to specific members, enable the radio button next to the member’s name.

  • Click ‘Update’ to save the changes.
