Troubleshooting Steps: Member Unable to Access Social Wall
Steps:
1. Check Access Levels

2. Upgrade Membership if Needed:
If the member’s account does not have the required access level, kindly request that they upgrade their membership. You may provide them with the following link for guidance: How to Make a Payment and Upgrade Your Account
3. Adjust Social Wall Settings (if the member is registered):
Follow these steps to configure access to the Social Wall:

Click on ‘Social Wall’ from the dashboard menu.

Scroll down to the ‘Members Access Level’ section. Ensure that the appropriate access level is activated to allow the member access.

To grant access to specific members, enable the radio button next to the member’s name.

Click ‘Update’ to save the changes.
