Timing and Expectations
Now we have already noted that this is a brand new platform and you are the first to jump on when live, therefore you are some of the lucky few moulding this platform for the future. What you see also is not all you will be getting, so please keep this in mind.
Now to use WISDOME, you will need patience, pickiness and persistence as our platform is in infant form however is at least ready enough to start sharing its potential with you.
We do want to make sure you are aware that we don't have a huge customer service base YET, and therefore the time it takes to respond to your queries or callouts may vary. We plan to try and respond at least within the hour, if not instant on most occasions and this beta test is the main task over the next few weeks for us. However if you plan on working on WISDOME outside of our normal working hours (trust me we don't usually stick to them), then you may not get a reply instantly.
