Troubleshooting Guide: Member Unable to Access Content Library

Steps:

1. Check If Your  Content Library Folder Is Live

 

  • Go to ‘Content Library’ and click the pencil 'Edit' icon at the top right.

  • Scroll to ‘Schedule.’ If the radio button is on and a past date is set, everything is in place. If not, turn it on and set the date using the calendar.

2. Verify Membership Access Level

  • Scroll to ‘Membership Access Level’ and ensure it’s on.

  • Please refer to this link if you need to verify the access level of your member.

  • Ensure the ‘Hidden’ icon below the membership access level tab is off.

3. Save Changes

  • If you’ve made some changes, please click ‘Update’. Otherwise, you can scroll up and click the ‘X’ icon at the top right.

4. Further Assistance

If settings are correct, please email support@wisdome.com.au with the following details:

  • Your Wisdome knowledge hub/membership business name

  • Your email address

  • Content folder’s name 

  • The membership access level name

  • Your member’s name

  • Your member’s email address

  • A brief description of the issue

 You will receive a response from us within 24 hours. During weekends and holidays, you will receive a response on the next business day.
