Troubleshooting Guide: Member Unable to Access Content Library
Steps:
1. Check If Your Content Library Folder Is Live

Go to ‘Content Library’ and click the pencil 'Edit' icon at the top right.

Scroll to ‘Schedule.’ If the radio button is on and a past date is set, everything is in place. If not, turn it on and set the date using the calendar.
2. Verify Membership Access Level

Scroll to ‘Membership Access Level’ and ensure it’s on.

Please refer to this link if you need to verify the access level of your member.

Ensure the ‘Hidden’ icon below the membership access level tab is off.
3. Save Changes

If you’ve made some changes, please click ‘Update’. Otherwise, you can scroll up and click the ‘X’ icon at the top right.
