How to Give Members Access to a Course

This guide outlines the steps to give learners access to a course through a membership access level. 

1: Create an Access Level for Your Learners

If your members aren’t already part of an existing access level, you’ll need to create a new Member Access Level.

2: Apply the Access Level to Your Course

Once your access level is set up, the next step is to activate it within the course settings.

  • Go to ‘Courses’.

  • Click the ‘Edit’ or pencil icon on the upper right corner of your course folder.

  • Scroll down to the ‘Member Access Level’ section.

  • Activate the toggle button next to the access level you’ve created.

  • Click ‘Update’ to save your changes.

3: Share the Course Link with Your Learners

After the access is activated, please share the course link with your members. Here’s how:  

  • Open the course folder.

  • Click ‘Share’ at the top-right corner.

  • Select ‘Page URL’.

  • Click 'Copy'.
  • Send the course link to your members via email.

Your members have to log in and enrol in the course. Once enrolled, they can access the course content.
