How your members are invited!

Once you feel you are ready and have set up enough content to play around with, you can begin inviting your members to your platform! 🥳🥳

INFO - When bulk uploading your members to your platform, your members are automatically invited to your platform. They receive an email with their first-time entry code and link to the Member Panel, where they will access your content.

Below, we show you the process your members will go through and what the Status titles mean in your member list. 

Here is a quick rundown:

  • You upload the member/s
  • Your member will receive an email invite
  • Inside that invite is an "Access Code""
  • Members click on the "Access your web account" button inside their email
  • Members are taken to the Member Access portal and enter their Access Code
  • They are then asked to confirm their email and create a password.
  • Once complete, they are directed inside to your membership!

How To Upload Members to Wisdome

2. Your members auto-generated INVITE EMAIL

Below is an example of the email your members will receive when they are invited to your platform and the link, etc., they have to join you!

Provides - One-time entry code for that member and details on the membership level they have access to. 

Your members need to look out for an email from no-reply@wisdome.site


3. Logging into your portal

  • Click onto the "Access your Web Account" button.

  • Member email confirmation

  • Once member confirms email and adds password - they enter into your Welcome Page
    • You can add test, images, even embed a video into your welcome page. 
    • This welcome page is the page before they enter into your membership / their web access.

Helping your members with their access code: 

YOUR MEMBERS' ACCESS CODE

The access code will be automatically sent to your member's email. However, you can still email this access code to them. Please refer to the guide below to send this information.

1. First click on the 'Members' menu from the upper left-hand side of your dashboard. Then, click the vertical 3-dot pop-up menu next to your members listing.  Here, you can View, Update and Remove. 

2. Select VIEW.

3. When inside your member's details, you'll see the Access Code. 

We suggest creating an Excel file as, for the moment, we don't have the export function available (it's coming).

Once you create an Excel file, place your member's name, email and access code.

4. Send the following details to your members via email, SMS or whichever way you choose to invite them to your knowledge hub:

5. Once you have invited your members, they will arrive at this screen.

Here, they can enter their access code for first-time visitors. All other times, they'll use their usual username and password to log in.
