How to Send An Email Inside Your Knowledge Hub

Process Guide: 

1. Log in to Your Wisdome Admin Account

  • Access your Wisdome Admin account through this link: Wisdome Admin

2. Access the Email Section

  • From the dashboard side menu, select 'Email.' Click + 'Create' and select 'Email' from the drop-down menu.

3. Select Your Recipients

  • You can send an email to all individuals within an access level or a course.

  • To send an email to a specific person, search for them in the Individuals tab.

4. Enter your email subject line in the Subject section.

5. Create your message in the message field.

Add Media (Optional)

  • In your email, you can also add:

    • An image

    • A video

6. Schedule Your Email (Optional)

  • In the 'Schedule' section, activate the radio button to choose your preferred date and time for sending your email.

  • If you want to send your email immediately, skip this step.


7. Attach Resources (Optional)

  • In this area, you can add additional files such as:

    • PDF

    • Video

    • Audio

    • Excel file

8. Send Your Email

  • Click  Send.

Friendly Reminders: 

  • Double-check recipient details before sending.

  • If scheduling, verify the selected date and time are correct.
