How to Edit 'Events' Details

Here’s how you can update your ‘Event’ details:

The Process:

There are two easy ways to update your event details. Follow the steps below!

Option 1: From the Events Calendar 

  1. Click on Events from your dashboard.

  2. Select the event by clicking its title in your Events Calendar.

  3. In the top-right corner, click 'Edit' to begin making changes.
    Here’s what you can update:

    • Event Name (max 150 characters).

    • Event Description (max 1500 characters).

    • Event Start & End Dates and Times.

    • Cover Image/Video/Audio.

    • Event File (max 10MB).

    • Live Stream URL.

    • Individual Payments (toggle on/off).

    • Registration Fee

    • Show Event on Sales Page (toggle on/off).

    • Member Access Level.

    • Save Event for Repeats (toggle on/off).

    • Hide Event (toggle on/off).

  4. When finished, click 'Update Event' to save your changes.

Option 2: From ‘Upcoming Events’ Tab 

  1. Click 'Events' in your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the 'Upcoming Events' section.

  3. Locate the event you wish to update and click the 'Edit' icon next to it.

  4. Click 'Edit' in the top-right corner to access editing options.

  5. Update the same event details.

  6. When you're done, click 'Update Event' to save the changes.

Pro Tip: Always double-check your updates before hitting "Update Event" to ensure everything is accurate.
