Member Did Not Receive Access Code

If a member reports not receiving their access code, follow these steps to  resend the access code:

1. Login to: https://partner.wisdome.site/login.

2. Locate Member: 

Once logged in, proceed to the ‘Members’ section, at the upper left-hand side of your dashboard.

3. Select Member’s Details  

Locate the member who hasn’t received their access code. Next, select the vertical ellipsis “⋮” located to the right of the member’s name. 

4. Re-invite Member

Choose “Reinvite” from the options. This action instructs the system to resend the access code to the member’s email.

Another option is to email the access code directly to your members. Here’s the step-by-step guide to do it:

1. Access Member Section

Go to the top left corner of your screen and select ‘Members.’ 

2. Identify Member

Locate the member you want to help. Click on the vertical ellipsis  “⋮”  symbol next to the member’s name.

3. Access Member Information

Select “View” from the options available.

4. Copy Access Code

Copy your member’s “Access Code”

5. Email the Access Code

Send the “Access Code” to your member via email. 

  • Click “View.”

  • Copy your member’s “Access Code” and send it to them via email.
