How to Hide Content in Your Knowledge Hub

This guide will show you how to hide content within your hub. Hidden content becomes inaccessible to members, even those who are currently enrolled.

The content you can hide includes:

• Content Library Folders

• Courses

• Challenges

• Social Wall

Steps to Hide Content:

1. Navigate to the Content
   Go to the specific content folder, course, challenge, or social wall you want to hide. Then, click the edit icon at the top right corner.

2. Enable the Hidden Setting
   On the next screen, scroll down to locate the 'Hidden' option. Turn on the 'Hidden' radio button.

3. Save Your Changes
   Click 'Update' to apply and save your changes.

Your content is now hidden from all members.

Steps to Unhide Content

1. Access the Hidden Content

• Navigate to the content folder, course, challenge, or social wall that you previously set to hidden. Click on the Edit icon in the upper-right corner of the folder.

2. Disable Hidden Status

• In the edit screen, scroll down to the 'Hidden' option. Turn off the 'Hidden' radio button.

3. Save Changes

• Click Update to save the changes. Your content is now visible to your members.
