How to Confirm That Your Coupon Code Is Set Up Correctly

Purpose:

To ensure a coupon code is correctly set up and active for use with membership access levels, courses, and events.

#1: Accessing the Coupon Settings

  • Log in to your admin account on Wisdome.


  • Navigate to: Settings → My Sales Settings → Coupons
     
  • Find your coupon code, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮), and select ‘Edit’ from the menu.

#2: Checking the Coupon Details

  • Coupon Type
    Ensure the code is set to either Public or Individual Use.

  • Applied To
    Make sure the code is applied to ‘Subscriptions’ for membership access levels.
    Check whether it applies to:
  • All subscription plans, or

  • A specific subscription plan

  • Validity
    Verify that the start and end date/time are correctly set.
  • Activate Button:
    Confirm the ‘Activate’ radio button is switched on.

Note: This same process applies to verify coupon codes for Courses and Events.

Step 3: If the Coupon Still Doesn’t Work

  • If all settings are verified and the code is still not working:
  • Email us at: userhelp@wisdome.com.au.
  • Include a brief description of the issue and a screenshot, if possible.
