How to Activate Multi-Currency Payment Option for Your Knowledge Hub

📌 Prerequisite: Check Your Payment Settings

Important Note: This feature will only work if your payment settings have been configured.

Step 1: Configure Currency Settings

  • Navigate to the 'Settings' area within your sidebar menu.

  • Click 'My Sales Settings’ then select ‘Payment Settings.

  • In the ‘Currency' settings area, click the drop-down menu.

  • Select any or all of the following available currencies: 

  • AUD (Australian Dollar)

  • USD (US Dollar)

  • CAD (Canadian Dollar)

  • EUR (Euro)

  • GBP (Great British Pound)

Crucial: Make sure you select a Default Currency.
Note: If you do not select a default currency, the system will automatically set your default to AUD (Australian Dollar).

  • If you are required to collect tax, enter the Tax rate (%) in the designated field. Otherwise, you can leave this field blank.

  • Once you have completed your selections, click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Setting Your Program Pricing 

The next step is to set the prices of your programs/courses in the different currencies you have selected previously.

Here’s How:

  • Go to your program folder, e.g., your course folder. 

  • Click the 'Edit' icon (a small pencil) in the upper right corner of your folder.

  • Scroll down to the 'Accept Individual Payments' section.

  • Here, you can set the price of your programs in each of the currencies you activated. 

  • Once you have entered all relevant prices, click 'Update' to finalise your changes.
