Wisdome Glossary of Terms

Below are references for key terms used by Wisdome. For questions or clarification about any terms listed, please contact us at support@wisdome.com.au.

Members

Individuals registered under a specific access or membership level, either free or paid. Users who purchase standalone products (e.g., courses, events, challenges) without being part of a membership level do not count towards this member allowance.

Access Levels / Membership Levels

The number of distinct access tiers you can create to control member permissions and content availability. These levels can be tailored for various offerings, such as memberships or individual coaching clients.

Data Allowance

The total storage capacity allocated for hosting your content, including videos, audio files, documents, and other media. Utilising embedding functions for external media can help conserve your data allowance.

Content Library Folders

The number of main folders you can establish to organise your content. Each folder can contain multiple subfolders and pages, allowing for structured and accessible content management.

Courses

The number of comprehensive learning programs you can create, each comprising multiple modules and lessons to deliver structured educational content to your audience. Each course includes the option to award a certificate upon completion.

Challenges

The number of interactive programs designed to engage members in achieving specific goals or skills over a set period. Each challenge can include various activities to motivate and track progress.

Social Groups

The number of community spaces you can create within your platform, enabling members to interact, share ideas, and build connections around common interests or topics. Social groups can also be used as personal coaching spaces where you create ‘rooms’ for selected individuals.

Events

The number of scheduled activities, such as live streams, webinars, or workshops, that you can host. Events include direct links to your preferred streaming service (e.g., Zoom) and the option to upload the recorded session directly into the event for those who missed it or want to watch it later.

Email Messaging

The capability to send emails directly to your members’ inboxes using your email address. You can target access levels (memberships), students, or individual members. Starting mid-December 2024, you will also be able to automate emails triggered by enrolments, registrations, and more.

Customisation (Your Branding)

The ability to personalise your platform with your logo and colour scheme, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence for your members.
