Holiday Announcement: Office Closure and Support Availability

 

As we reflect on this incredible year, our hearts are filled with gratitude. Your unwavering support has made this journey truly special, and we are so thankful to have you as part of the Wisdome community. We hope this holiday season brings you love, peace, and plenty of joyful moments.

Holiday Schedule and Support Information
To ensure our team can celebrate the season with their loved ones, we will have a limited support team available during the holidays. Please note the following:

  • Office Closed:

    • December 25 & 26
    • December 31
    • January 1 to 3, 2025
  • Limited Support:
    Between December 23 and January 13, a team member will monitor customer service enquiries daily. We’ll do our best to assist you promptly, but kindly anticipate slower response times due to the reduced team size.

Exploring Wisdome During the Holidays
We’re thrilled to offer you access to Wisdome during this time. Knowing you may explore our platform over your break, we’re here to support you as much as possible. If you have urgent queries, feel free to reach out, and our team will assist you as soon as they can.
